Peer Mentor Program / How do I qualify to be a Peer Mentor?

How do I qualify to be a Peer Mentor?

To become a Peer Mentor, you must be a former foster youth who is ready to contribute to the success of current and former foster youth. We are looking for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, working, and/or going to school (which includes working on GED). As a Peer Mentor, you will help facilitate ILP workshops and special events. Peer Mentors are encouraged to be friendly and welcoming to our youth so that they feel safe and accepted.
