Live Performance – Legacy of Hope & De-Stress for Success

LEGACY OF HOPE makes the relationship between destructive choices (including opioid addiction, alcohol and drug abuse, violence, self-harm, suicide, depression, grief/loss, gangs) and the underlying emotions and mental health issues of today. This will be followed by the DE-STRESS FOR SUCCESS® Workshop, which will explore mindfulness as a emotional coping skill that youth and adults need.
Please Note: While this workshop is powerful in it’s message, it may include scenes which may be triggering for youth. Please prepare youth accordingly.
